The scope of work involves sourcing, hauling, and delivering bulk rock and compaction fill materials specifically required for the stabilization of culvert sites in Arcata. The contractor is responsible for providing material quality certifications for all delivered aggregates to ensure compliance with project standards. This effort is managed under the California Fish and Wildlife Region 1 Northern Region office in Redding and Eureka.
