Interested respondents must submit a concise response not exceeding five pages in searchable PDF format, addressing 13 specific questions and four response area requirements, including company capabilities, relevant experience with public figures, and proposed outreach methods. Questions are due by October 12, 2026, at 1pm ET, and final responses must be submitted to the primary points of contact, Jennifer Springer and Emalee Gawrelski, by October 26, 2026, at 10am ET.
