The National Guard Bureau intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to Directional Ad-Vantage Holdings, LLC for digital advertising services. The requirement is to digitally advertise the Alabama Air National Guard at a local level, specifically in areas where bases are located and in one area that is not covered by a local recruiter. This will involve five different advertising sites for a total of 52 weeks.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
