The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to establish a one-time contract to provide demolition and rebuilding services for Virginia ABC’s Alexandria Regional Office located at 6308 Grovedale Drive, Alexandria VA 22310. *Complete demolition of all existing wall material including sheetrock/drywall and insulation while maintaining the existing structural integrity. *Complete removal of all existing VCT/LVT flooring to include any adhesive residue. *Complete removal of existing ceiling tiles, lighting and any fixtures including but not limited to plumbing, electrical and HVAC, while maintaining the existing structural integrity. *Complete demolition of the existing Mechanical room to include removal of HVAC system, boiler system, plumbing, electrical and any other applicable components. *Removal and proper disposal of all demolished materials at the contractor’s expense. *Thorough cleaning of the existing structure, if applicable, to prepare for reconstruction. *Install wall materials, including sheetrock/drywall and insulation.
