The contract FTC-13-H-3200 is a multi-year agreement with a performance period from September 30, 2013, through September 29, 2018. Initially, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) authorized sole source procurement authority of $25,000 for the contract’s base year and second year, totaling $50,000 obligated funds. Modification 04 added $25,000 for the third year, and it is anticipated that similar funding will be required for the fourth and fifth years, each at $25,000 annually. This amended JOFOC increases the sole source authority from the original $25,000 by $100,000, raising the total to $125,000 to cover years two through five of the contract. The contract pertains to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541820 and is performed in Washington, DC, with Greg Roseman as the point of contact.
