Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Retrotech Inc. 1275 John St. Ste 400 West Henrietta, NY 14586-9120 for evaluation and repair services for the Automated Material Handling Facility (AMHF) Excel 8000 Unit Load 2 Heavy Lift Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) equipment. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S1. The solicitation number issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-16-T-0284 and is attached to this announcement.
