This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 13-284-SOL-00010 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 423450 - Medical, Dental, Hospital Equipment Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. This acquisition is a Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside, and the small business size standard is 100 employees. A quote is requested for the following item: AMX-4 Plus Mobile X-Ray Machine. Must be brand name or equal to the AMX-4 Plus Mobile X-Ray Machine. Quantity = 4 each. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (June 2008) applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of technical capability to meet the Governments requirement and price.
