NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, SAO West - Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22, for the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS), intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Research Foundation of The City University Of New York. The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Single Source, commercial item acquisitions not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), currently $250,000, is 41 U.S.C. 1903, as implemented by FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Research Foundation of The City University Of New York will provide (Center for the Advancement of Critical Time Intervention (CACTI)) in relation to providing consultation and support on Critical Time Intervention (CTI).
