NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, SAO West - Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22, for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS), intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, University of Wisconsin System. The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Single Source, commercial item acquisitions not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), currently $250,000, is 41 U.S.C. 1903, as implemented by FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. University of Wisconsin System will provide Geriatric Scholars Program. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611310 with a size standard of $27.5M.
