Annual Certification of OPWDD's Consolidated Fiscal Report

OPWDD is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to find a public accounting firm that employs and/or can provide Certified Public Accountants for the Annual Certification of OPWDD’s Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR). The awarded Bidder will conduct an annual examination of OPWDD’s CFR and render an opinion on the reported costs regarding reasonableness, compliance with GAAP, and compliance with the cost principals described in the Medicare Provider Reimbursement Manual (Publication-15). It is anticipated this RFP will result in one (1) five-year contract.
