This contract outlines the provision of paper stock and comprehensive printing services for the Tax Assessor-Collector of Tarrant County. It covers various stock orders including cut sheet tax and continuous feed statement forms, multiple types of envelopes, and return envelopes for property tax billings. The printing services encompass statement preparation, folding, printing, inserting, and mailing. Vendors must accept payment exclusively via purchase orders and include all costs—such as shipping, delivery, and installation—in their total quoted price, as additional charges after award will not be accepted. Bidders are also cautioned against requiring any extra legal agreements beyond the terms explicitly stated in the purchase order or procurement documents, as this could disqualify them from the bidding process. The contract term is set for twelve months starting from the award or notice to proceed and may be renewed by Tarrant County for up to three additional one-year periods, contingent upon mutual agreement. Prices must remain firm throughout the entire contract duration, including renewal options. When renewing, vendors must submit updated documents that remain valid for the extension period within 30 calendar days prior to the renewal start date; failure to comply may lead to rescission or re-solicitation. The solicitation, posted on May 22, 2026, has a response deadline of June 11, 2026, and is managed by the Tarrant County Purchasing Department in Texas, with Izzy Callarman serving as the primary contact.
