The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking a firm fixed price contractor to provide antenna services maintenance and support at the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center in Bluemont, Virginia, with the work centered on quality control for prefabricated structures and scaffolding, including visual reviews of MWEOC-responsible antenna structures. The contract has a base period of one year from June 22, 2026, to June 21, 2027, with four optional one-year extensions, potentially extending performance through June 21, 2031. All work is to be performed onsite at the Mount Weather facility, and the contractor must comply with stringent security requirements, including maintaining a DCSA TOP SECRET facility clearance, ensuring all personnel hold active TOP SECRET clearances and are U.S. citizens or naturalized citizens, and passing NCIC background checks. Personnel must also complete annual IT security awareness training, unauthorized disclosure training, OPSEC awareness briefings, and initial and biennial CUI protection training, with full compliance required within specified timeframes after contract award.
