This opportunity is ONLY available to the Region 3 Forest Engineering & Roads Maintenance Blanket Purchase Agreement (FERM BPA) contractors in Arizona for the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. Approximately 99.48 miles of Road Surface maintenance double lane and 32.02 miles of optional Road Surface maintenance double lane.


Work for this call order includes maintenance of Forest Service roads on the Sitgreaves Zone of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests. Road maintenance will be performed on the Black Mesa District and the Lakeside District. All work will be done according to the specifications provided with this call order. Road maintenance includes maintenance blading on designated roads and cleaning road ditches and lead out ditches. For all items in this order, no more than 5 miles, per blade, shall be completed in any 24-hour period.


It is understood that surface aggregate materials and conditions are highly variable, and this will be a consideration when evaluating the contractor’s performance.
