The solicitation is expected to open in March 2026, pending approval from the DND to proceed. Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is offering early access to the security clearance sponsorship process via its Industrial Security Program to assist contractors in obtaining the necessary clearances prior to bid submission. This process is discretionary and does not guarantee clearance approvals or contract awards.
