VIA Rail Canada is looking for an Application Tracking System (ATS) solution that can facilitate recruiting the right candidate for the right role. VIA Rail Canada is looking for a cloud-based digital platform that will perform the following core functions: •            Find top talent. •            Post dynamic job offers.  •            Develop a positive candidate experience. •            Build a future talent pool from within. •            Deploy automated tools to our processes. •            Offer a mobile access for candidates. •            Highlight and advertise our employer brand.  •            Manage and update our career site easily. •            Offer multiple reporting functions and dashboard. To be able to submit a tender, the tenderer must be able to comply with the folllowing mandatory critera: Mandatory RequirementDetail Official Languages Tenderer must be able to provide services in both Canada’s official languages. The solution must be available in English and French. Data Data hosting must be in Canada. Solution The solution must be available on mobile devices. Accessibility The solution must be minimally Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Compliant 2.0AA. Experience Tenderer must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in applicant tracking system solution services and implementation. Tenderer must have done implementation for organizations that are similar in size and type to VIA (large-scale organization, national organization).
