APX038 Grounds Maintenance Services for Apex Housing

Apex Housing Association Limited is seeking suppliers to provide planned and discretionary grounds maintenance services for various sites across Northern Ireland, including community centres, retail units, and housing developments. The requirement is divided into five geographical lots, with an estimated maximum total value of 1,520,000 GBP excluding VAT over a maximum 48-month period. Each awarded contract will have an initial term of 24 months, starting approximately 3 April 2027, with options to extend for two additional 12-month periods based on performance. While planned services are the core requirement, Apex may also issue service orders for remedial and emergency works, though the volume of such discretionary work is not guaranteed. The procurement follows a single-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure, where lots are awarded to the highest-scoring eligible suppliers based on a weighted evaluation of price, quality, and social value.
