Arborist/Landscaping Services

The Town of St. Albans is seeking proposals from certified arborists or landscaping contractors to supply and plant at least 30 trees in Cohen Park. The selected contractor will also be responsible for developing a detailed planting plan, with the Town collaborating on the tree planting process. This project is funded through grants from the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation’s Communities Caring for Canopy program, along with support from the United States Department of Agriculture. Interested bidders must submit sealed proposals by 2:00 P.M. local time on Friday, June 12th, 2026, at the Town office located at 398 Georgia Shore Road, where bids will be publicly opened at that time. The project requires completion by October 31st, 2026. A pre-bid site visit will be held on June 3rd, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. on location to allow potential bidders to assess the site and scope. All questions regarding the project must be submitted to the Stormwater Coordinator via email by the close of business on June 8th, 2026.
