ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SERVICES FOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION-PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES

The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department (OCSD) Research & Development/Facilities Planning is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs or Statements) from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as "Respondents"), to develop a slate of contractors to provide Architect/Engineer (A/E) Services for Contract Administration-Project Management (CA-PM) Support Services for various projects. The awarded contract(s) (hereinafter referred to as "Contract") will be a usage contract between the County of Orange (hereinafter referred to as "County"), and the selected Respondent(s) (hereinafter referred to as "Contractors"). A detailed Scope of Work concerning the County's requirements is provided herein as Attachment A. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements set forth herein.
