Synopsis for Award Armed Protective Security Officers (PSO) Services The states of Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota and surrounding areas Contract: 70RFPW23DW8000002 The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has acquired armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services contract throughout the states of Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota and the surrounding areas. The armed PSOs will protect federal personnel and property at federally owned and leased buildings. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, supervision, training, licenses, and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance is for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The contract was issued as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract as defined in FAR 16.504. This acquisition was solicited as a total small business set-aside.
