The Federal Protective Service Acquisition Division intends to issue a sole source extension of up to two (2) months to the current ordering period of an existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract, 70RFPW20DWA000001, with CDA dba MaxSent (185 Admiral Cochrane Drive, Suite 220, Annapolis, Maryland 21401). This extension beings on February 1, 2026, and will provide continued armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services at various locations throughout the state of Alaska service area and to all ow placement of a new contract to continue critical PSO services at these locations. The government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with CDA dba. MaxSent under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be made available.
