The Army Contracting Center - National Capital Region (ACC-NCR) is closing this summer, and its current workload is being transferred to other contracting centers. In addition, the work force in the organization continues to steadily decrease. Solicitation W91WAW-13-R-0002 is hereby cancelled due to the extensive amount of work still to be completed concerning it, and due to insufficient resources and time being available to the ACC-NCR. It will be re-solicited by Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Interested vendors should monitor postings on FBO and ASFI (Army Single Face to Industry) and should use W91CRB rather than the ACC-NCR number of W91WAW.
