The Government has an approved Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition and is only seeking a proposal from Palantir USG, Inc., (Palantir). Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), Project Manager Army Data and Analytics Platforms (PM ARDAP),Product Manager Army Data Platform (PdM ADP) has a requirement for the continuation of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model of Army Vantage software developed by Palantir to meet Government's requirements. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Palantir, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Palantir is the sole supplier, with no authorized resellers and holds proprietary rights.
