The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: ARPA FUNDED CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DOWNTOWN AUSTIN AVE PARKING GARAGE The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from all qualified respondents to perform American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funded construction services of the Downtown Austin Ave Parking Garage located at 502 S. Main St, Georgetown, TX. The successful Proposer (Contractor) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP.
Bids must be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before February 6, 2024, at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
