Arsenic Removal Media

The City of Clearwater is soliciting sealed bids for a one-time purchase and delivery of 1,040 cubic feet of genuine, virgin Bayoxide E33 arsenic removal media for use at Reverse Osmosis Plant #1. The media must be certified compliant with ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for Drinking Water and delivered in twenty flexible intermediate bulk containers of approximately 52 cubic feet each. These containers must be suitable for crane handling and include a top closure and bottom discharge spout. All deliveries must be completed within 90 calendar days of the purchase order and delivered to the plant at 1657 Palmetto St., Clearwater, FL, during weekday business hours. Bids must be submitted electronically via the City's e-Procurement Portal by September 3, 2026. The City will evaluate submissions based on responsiveness, responsibility, and price. Required documentation includes a W-9 form, a manufacturer product data sheet, a certificate of analysis or conformance, and certifications regarding E-Verify, anti-human trafficking, and scrutinized company status. The selected vendor must provide OSHA-compliant labeling and Safety Data Sheets upon delivery. Final payment will be issued within 30 calendar days following the City's appraisal of the materials and receipt of a final invoice.
