Scope of Work for Articulating Lift - 1.) The articulating boom shall have a minimum platform height of 60' and a minimum horizontal reach of 36'. - 2.) The platform shall be 8' wide and capable of lifting up to 500 lbs. - 3.) It shall also be a four wheel drive, have a diesel engine, have an engine block heater, and have a minimum of a 2500 watt generator package with outlets to the platform. - 4.) Quantity of articulating lifts to be delivered is 2 - 5.) Delivery Date shall be on or about 1 December 2011 and tentative pick up date 21 Mar 12. The government will notify the contractor 5 days prior to actual delivery date. - 6.) The contractor shall quote a weekly rate for the Lift and include the cost for transportation of the lift to and from the job site. - 7.) In addition upon delivery of the articulating lift, the equipment shall be inspected with USACE personnel and contractor to verify the condition of the equipment before it is in the possession of USACE. - 8.) Contractor shall have on site service available within three hours of notification of a breakdown or equipment failure. - 9.)
