Naval Medical Center San Diego anticipates entering into sole source procurement negotiations under Statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source, with: Mentor Worldwide, LLC. 201 Mentor Dr. Santa Barbara, CA. 93111-3337 The above authority is cited and justification made based on the determination that the Government's minimum needs can best be satisfied by supplies available from one source. The objective of this sole source award is to procure the following breast tissue expanders: TEXP100RH (QTY 1) - 300 CC high Profile, Artoura Tissue Expanders TEXP120RH (QTY 2) - 225 CC high Profile, Artoura Tissue Expanders The patient needs these specific breast tissue expanders because the hospital already has Mentor sizers and implants.
