Full Description

This is a follow-up to a Special Notice Synopsis dated 1 July for the sameprocurement. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) ATLANTIC intends to issue solicitation N652326-11-R-0068 as sole source contract to St. Petersburg College, 14025 58th St. N, Clearwater, FL 33760-3768. The estimated dollar value is $2.4M. This procurement is a follow-on contract to N69250-08-C-0301. Solicitation N65236-11-R-0068 will result in a firm fixed priced contract for the development of additional enhancements and other support required for the Navy's Area Security Operations Command and Control (ASOCC)/Integrated Command and Control Altering Toll Suite (IC2ATS). The National Terrorism Preparedness Institute (NTPI) at St. Petersburg College has been a partner of ASOCC from the early research and development efforts of the Homeland Security/Defense Command and Control Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (HLS/D C2 ACTD). St. Petersburg College is the only organization that can meet the Governments requirements. The contract will have a one-year base period of performance. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this action is 541330 with a size standard of $27,000,000. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
