The City of Newport News (the "City") is seeking bids from qualified firms (the "Bidder" or "Contractor") to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide asphalt paving and concrete repairs on an "as needed" basis at various properties throughout the City for the Department of Parks and Recreation. Other departments may utilize the contract on an as needed basis. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, materials, incidentals and traffic control when providing services within the included Specifications. The City reserves the right to add or remove services as needed throughout the contract term(s).
