Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-2501 and administrative rules and regulations, the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) is seeking to establish one or more contracts with qualified companies to provide ASRS Internal Audit Services. The ASRS requests Offers from interested and qualified companies (Offerors) to provide the services described in the ASRS Internal Audit Services Request For Proposal (RFP) documents.
Prospective Offerors are invited to attend a Pre-Offer Conference, which will be held virtually on Friday, October 2nd, at 10:00 a.m. MST (Arizona Time). All prospective Offerors are encouraged to attend this conference. Prospective Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the RFP in APP and submit the name, title, and email address of all attendees by sending a message through the “Discussions with Buyer” tab before an invitation to the Pre-Offer Conference will be sent. Attendance is limited to three (3) representatives from each company. Attendees not specifically invited by ASRS Procurement will not be able to attend the meeting. The purpose of the Pre-Offer Conference is to clarify the contents of the Solicitation to prevent any misunderstanding of ASRS’s position. Any doubts regarding the requirements of the Solicitation, or any apparent omissions or discrepancies, should be presented to ASRS at the Pre-Offer Conference. ASRS will then determine the appropriate action necessary, if any, and issue a written amendment to the Solicitation if required. Verbal statements or instructions will not constitute an amendment to the Solicitation.
