It promotes an efficient and sustainable system that protects the marine environment and contributes to economic development.Transport Canada requires the services of a social sciences contractor to work with an Indigenous working group to assess the cumulative sociocultural effects of marine activities on Indigenous communities in the Estuary and Gulf of St. Lawrence in Quebec.The contract will be from contract award to December 31,2024.
