Notice of Proposed ProcurementThis requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) Description of the Requirement:Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is contracting an organization with expertise related to seniors and healthy aging and; experience in the design and implementation of research related to seniors and healthy aging and evaluation framework models to support the evaluation component of the Age Well at Home (AWAH) initiative.The contractor will conduct seniors-specific research and support the design of a realistic evaluation framework or model, by working with AWAH-funded organizations to collect useful evidence of the initiative’s effectiveness, and by creating reasonable and measurable impact expectations given the inherent limitations to the sector.
