The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has a requirement to create a facility for generating baseline projections for its in-house dynamic computable general equilibrium model based on the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) database. The baseline projections will be informed by results from a historical simulation, with special reference to areas of interest to Canada.
