THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOLURCE AWARD TO ASSETWORKS TO PROVIDE ASSETWORKS (AIM) SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE TO TREASURY DEPARTMENTAL OFFICES, REAL ESTATE AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT. IRS intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price purchase order with AssetWorks to procure renewal of software maintenance and support services for the AiM Software proprietarily owned by AssetWorks to include the following for 20 user licenses. The software licenses are for the following software modules: 1.AiM Core/Operations and Maintenance; 2.AiM Space Management; 3.AiM CAD; 4.AiM CAD Planning/Lease Management The period of performance for this action will be date of award through 12 months. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541511-Custom Computer Programming Services, which has a size standard of $39 million. The statutory authority for this non-competitive action is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1(i)(B)-Sole Source. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive quotations. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. The determination not to compete the contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
