Alis serves a diverse audience, including students, job seekers, workers, newcomers, employers, educators, career practitioners, and individuals exploring education and training opportunities. To ensure Alis remains a trusted, accessible, relevant, and user-focused digital resource, the The Province is seeking to engage a qualified web communications agency to provide specialized content development, content optimization, and strategic advisory services. The successful proponent will support the continuous enhancement of Alis by creating, reviewing, and refining digital content that aligns with user needs, evolving labour market trends, government priorities, and digital best practices. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: Researching, developing, writing, editing, and updating web content to ensure information is accurate, current, plain-language, audience-focused, and aligned with the Province's content standards and brand guidelines. Developing multimedia content and digital assets, where required, to enhance user engagement and accessibility. Conducting content audits and strategic reviews of existing website content to identify gaps, duplications, outdated information, and opportunities for improvement. Providing recommendations on information architecture, content organization, navigation structures, and user journeys to improve the overall user experience and discoverability of information.
