Request to replace chiller and expansion valve at Bldg 3043. (Received RFI from Recurring contractor as follows;) 1) No.1 chiller (Operation rate 30%): A new malfunction has occurred in the expansion valve, and the chiller is not operating normally. The expansion valve needs to be replaced. 2) No.2 chiller (Operation rate 60%): The compressor is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. Currently, one of the three connected compressors is operating separately, but the operation rate is 60%. The manufacturer (Toshiba) recommends replacing parts (expansion valve, sensor, fan motor, electrical parts, etc.) through preventive maintenance (regular part replacement) in addition to the compressor to avoid sudden serious failures. (See attachment) 3) No.3 chiller (Stop operation): As previously reported, the compressor is leaking refrigerant gas and is unable to operate. As with the No.2 chiller, parts including the compressor need to be replaced. 4) No. 4 chiller (Operation rate 100%): Pre-WIB 3/13/25 WIB 3/20/25 Inducted to J7 3/26/25
