Bidders are not to contact the University department directly, in person, by telephone, or by email concerning this bid. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting on July 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. until approximately 11:00 a.m., at the following location: Additional Prebid Meeting Site Walk-through: An additional prebid project site walk-through will be conducted on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 starting at 9:00 am.
