Installation services cover all equipment in both buildings, including secure mounting, concealed cabling, system configuration, control programming, testing, commissioning, and site cleanup. The contractor must provide detailed product specifications, high-resolution images, lead times, and the country of origin for every item, with only firm fixed-price offers accepted. Compliance with SAM registration, UEI, CAGE code, TIN, and prompt payment terms such as Net 30 is mandatory, along with adherence to FAR clauses addressing trafficking in persons, cybersecurity, exclusion of inverted corporations, and restrictions on proprietary confidentiality agreements. The project has a target completion window of no more than 45 days after award, with work to be performed in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
