Specifications for this project may be obtained from the Jefferson County web¬site, https://jeffersoncountytx.gov/Purchasing/ , or by calling 409-835-8593.Proposals are to be sealed and addressed to the Purchasing Agent with the proposal number and name marked on the outside of the envelope or box. Proposers shall forward an original and five (5) hard copies of their proposal to the address shown below. Late proposals will be rejected as non-responsive.
