Autoclave Parts

This is a one-time firm fixed price supply contract for the procurement of OEM-certified new parts for Autoclave WR002425 to support the Commodities Maintenance Group at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The contract requires delivery of four specific components: an AC Drive Air Cooled Powerflex 753, an I/O Option Module, a Programmer Keypad/Display, and a USB to Scanport Converter, each in a quantity of one. All parts must be new and sourced directly from the original equipment manufacturer; refurbished, manufactured, or used parts are strictly prohibited. The items must be uniquely identified in accordance with MIL-STD-130 using a DoD-recognized unique identifier, and all shipments must be labeled and marked per MIL-STD-129 with machine-readable labels verified using an automatic identification technology device compliant with Appendix A of MIL-STD-130. Delivery is required within 35 calendar days and must be shipped FOB Destination to the designated receiving point at Building 321, Robins AFB, Georgia, with Albert Solomon as the point of contact and F3QCBK as the DODAAC. The contractor must comply with all federal and defense-specific requirements including System for Award Management registration, electronic submission of payments via WAWF through PIEE, and adherence to DFARS and FAR clauses governing subcontracting, trafficking in persons, cybersecurity, and prohibited equipment. The contractor is subject to CMMC requirements if their work involves federal contract information or controlled unclassified information and must maintain current CMMC status in the Supplier Performance Risk System, flow down CMMC obligations to subcontractors, and ensure all personnel meet NISPOM, OPSEC, and COMSEC standards. Payment must be processed electronically using the designated DoDAACs, and acceptance occurs both at origin and destination. The solicitation is open to all responsible offerors with no set-aside, and award will be made to the most advantageous offer considering price and other factors.
