Automatic Door Maintenance and Repairs

Luke Air Force Base is soliciting services for comprehensive quarterly preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs of all automatic doors listed in Appendix B, with work required to adhere to ANSI and ADA standards, manufacturer specifications, and accepted commercial practices using only authorized parts and tools. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price arrangement with a base period and four option years, covering services including scheduled maintenance, routine service calls, additional labor hours, and reimbursement for parts including complete door replacements. The work is to be performed at Luke AFB, Arizona, with strict compliance to base access protocols, hazardous materials handling per Appendix D, and environmental regulations, including proper disposal procedures and manifesting of RCRA and PCB waste through the Hazardous Waste Program Manager. All contractors must be certified by the SBA as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and only SDVOSB firms are eligible for award, with the requirement that all offerors maintain current SAM registration and comply with all applicable FAR clauses and government certifications. Proposals must be submitted via email to two designated point of contacts by June 29, 2026, and must include all applicable costs, with evaluation based on technical acceptability, a Green or better Supplier Performance Risk System rating, and lowest total evaluated price. The Government has not yet obligated funding for this effort and retains the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursement. Contractors must also comply with antiterrorism training requirements, cybersecurity standards including NIST SP 800-171, WAWF electronic invoicing procedures, and detailed personnel identification and security protocols for access to the installation. A Quality Control Plan must be submitted within 30 days of contract award, and all records must be maintained and made available on demand.
