The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Financial Crime Intelligence and Insights, Inc., 111 Town Square Place, 14th Floor, Jersey City, NJ 07310 for the continuation of the migration of investigative mailboxes to the production environments. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.102(b). Only written e-mailed (michael.velez@usss.dhs.gov and matthew.sutton@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Eastern Time, June 9, 2026. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
