Construction of Glass Booths

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 70US0926Q70092767 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the Construction of Glass Booths.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is NAICS: 238150 Glass and Glazing Contractors. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5410 Prefabricated and Portable Buildings.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The Government has determined that the acquisition circumstances deem only one source is available, and the basis for the decision is pursuant to FAR 12.102(a) (FAR Class Deviation 25-21).

The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to solicit and award a purchase order on a sole source basis for Construction of Glass Booths to AMCO Metal Products, Inc.

The contractor shall accomplish the following:

1. Fabricate, deliver, and install two glass booths
2. The fabrication will be done so as to conform with Government provided drawings and specifications

A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure:

Glass Booth – constructed in accordance with the Government furnished drawing and technical package.; 2 each

Delivery no later than October 30, 2026.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination by the U.S. Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary.
