This bid solicitation is issued in accordance with the conditions of Supply Arrangement No. E60HN-14AVSI. Only suppliers who are pre-qualified and have been issued a supply arrangement at the time this bid solicitation is issued are eligible to bid. The Events and Conference Management (ECM) division of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Transport Canada (TC), is seeking to engage the services of an experienced event technology Contractor to supply and operate on a short-term rental basis, the following equipment: • live event capture/encoding/streaming/archiving (LESA); • broadcast lighting systems (LS); • presentation management/distribution system (PMDS) • sound reinforcement systems (SRS); • video/data production/distribution systems (VDPS). Additionally, it will be the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that all the necessary qualified technical personnel are on-site to meet the installation schedule that will commence on May 10th, 2026 and conclude at the close of the final meetings scheduled for May 15th, 2026. An installation and event schedule shall be supplied to the Contractor upon award of the contract.
