The government intends to establish a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract with Sierra7, Inc. for the AvaSure Virtual Sitter Software, under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(E) and 38 USC 8127(c). The contract will support supplies necessary for the government’s operations, with the procurement process not open to competitive bidding at this stage, though interested parties may submit statements of capability for future consideration if they believe they can meet the requirements. Responses to this notice are due by November 20, 2024, and should include details such as the statement of capability, GSA or other Schedule information, the Contract Number, SAM UEI, business size, and socio-economic status under the specified NAICS code.
