The agreement runs from November 11, 2024, to November 20, 2024, with a total value estimated between $500,000 and $2 million, supporting wildfire response efforts across multiple counties.

Aviation fuel in support of Orange County wildfires. Fueling is being done at the location closest to the mission in Orange County. Vendor in Orange County is Atlantic Aviation. MNBF has worked with this vendor to reduce the cost by not being charged landing fees at the airport. Million Air is being used to fuel the UH-60s flying out of Latham and Modern Aviation is being used to fuel UH-60s out of Ronkonkoma. NOTE: the UH-60s out of Latham and Ronkonkoma are not flying at the same time. They take turns flying out of each location due to maintenance required and the crew members change. This is important for safety reasons. The CH-47s remain at Stewart vs flying back to their official duty station which is Rochester. Reason for advertising exemption: Exempt from Advertising per Economic Dev. Law Award recipient: Modern Aviation; Million Air; Avflight; Atlantic Aviation Any questions or comments regarding this notice of sole-source, single-source, or procurement otherwise exempt from advertising in the NYS Contract Reporter should be directed to the contact person listed for the contracting agency or public authority.
