B--Quality Bank Data

The contract pertains to subscription services for acquiring quality bank data related to major offshore oil pipelines, provided by Allocation Specialists (ASL). ASL is responsible for collecting quality measurements from offshore pipeline operators, determining the charges or payments for each shipper, and managing the collection and disbursement of quality bank charges for designated pipelines. The contract will initially be awarded for a one-year base period, with the possibility of four subsequent one-year option periods.
