Solicitation # 36C24127Q0031
The Department of Veterans Affairs Networking Contracting Office intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Hach Company under FAR 6.302-1 for water quality monitoring services at the VA Medical Center in White River Junction, Vermont. This requirement is designated under NAICS code 811310. The scope of work involves the inspection, maintenance, repair, and annual calibration of ten Hach water quality monitoring instruments located across several facility buildings, as well as the annual calibration of one colorimeter. All work must comply with NFPA, OSHA, EPA, and specific VA specifications and handbooks. The government retains all rights to data and electronic records produced under the contract, and the contractor must comply with the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Freedom of Information Act.
