Baker Street Village RAD Improvements

This project involves interior and exterior improvements for 37 residential units, 1 office, and community suites at Baker Street Village. Work will be conducted in 10 phases, with up to 4 units available per phase. Key tasks include tree trimming, landscaping and irrigation repairs, removal and replacement of flooring and base, interior and exterior painting, drywall installation and repair (with a 200 sq. ft. allowance for patches), new texture finish for all drywall, removal and replacement of all plumbing fixtures and water heaters, removal and replacement of HVAC equipment and ductwork (requiring CEC/CHEERS certification), removal and replacement of all light fixtures, outlets, and wall plates, removal and replacement of existing roofing, and installation of new solar panels and equipment. Additionally, all interior and exterior doors and hardware, as well as existing upper and lower cabinets, kitchen and bathroom countertops, and splashes, will be removed and replaced.
