Ball Hockey Camps and Programs

The City of Bellevue is seeking a contractor to provide inclusive ball hockey day camps and programs designed to serve youth of all abilities at city facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for organizing and leading recreational ball hockey activities, working collaboratively with the City’s Youth Health Fitness full-time staff to deliver these programs on designated dates and times. The contractor must ensure adherence to City policies and procedures, prioritize participant safety, and manage administrative tasks such as participant check-ins, sign-in and sign-out procedures involving parents or guardians. All necessary supplies and equipment for the programs are to be supplied by the contractor, who must also comply with Title VI requirements to promote equitable access. Additionally, all staff and volunteers involved in the programs are required to undergo annual background checks to ensure safety and compliance. The contract is valued between $50,000 and $150,000, with the opportunity to commence activities after February 16, 2026, following the completion of the selection process.
