The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Installation Readiness Center, representing the Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Carson, plans to issue a solicitation for Base Operations Support Services at U.S. Army Fort Carson, Colorado. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and supervision to perform maintenance, repairs, and other required services for real property facilities and structures, as well as certain non-real property, including installed building equipment as defined by Army regulations.
